A division of Johns Hopkins, one of the world's preeminent research universities and medical institutions, Peabody has developed important initiatives in both arts in healthcare and clinical care for performing artists.? Now Peabody is expanding its global leadership through the development of new performing arts health initiatives designed to address musculoskeletal, vocal, auditory, and mental health concerns related to learning, performing, and consuming music and dance.

Applicants are expected to demonstrate a broad and historical understanding of the established and evolving discipline of Performing Arts Health and ideally will also possess a detailed knowledge of regional, national, and global strategies intended to steer tertiary performing arts programs and related disciplines.
