We are seeking a Pediatric Orthopedic Nurse Coordinator who will be a part of the care team to improve continuity of care for pediatric orthopedic patients, coordinating the early post-discharge check-ins and expand clinician accessibility by managing and if necessary, triaging incoming patient issues.
